This package includes all plans necessary to obtain relevant council and certifier approvals. This package is available to all who are interested in it as a ‘stand alone package’. You do not need to purchase the Design package to buy this package, and you might not even contract Domain Pools to build your swimming pool. This package includes the following:

• A site visit and measure
• Site analysis plans
• Sections and elevations
• Basix report and documentation
• Site ratio calculations
• Sediment control plans 
• Environmental statements

With all the above mentioned plans you will be able to lodge applications to gain a Development approval. Please bear in mind that if Domain Pools is contracted to construct your swimming pool, then the cost of this package will be deducted from your construction contract price. This package does not cover Construction Certificate costs.

THE POOL PLANS PACKAGE IS VALUED AT $2,000
