We work closely with our clients keeping them informed as construction is under way as to what happens next, when and how. As a Domain Pools customer, you will receive a Pool Manual, detailing all the works which will take place, how long they will take, what order they take place in, and a wealth of other information, such as all your documentation for approvals, insurances, plans, operating instructions, technical terms, equipment lists etc. This will be yours to keep. You will find the Pool Manual useful both as a reference during the construction phase and in the future using it to safely store all your swimming pool documentation.

All of our construction is personally overseen by our licensed builder and owner of the company. We do not use sub-contract supervisors to oversee our construction, as many swimming pool building companies do these days. You can be assured that that the builder is always on site, closely working with our tradesmen, ensuring our high standards of workmanship are upheld at all times.

As a company specialising in quality work we do not take on more projects than we can handle. We limit our workload, building only about 30 pools per year. This ensures that maximum attention is given to our clients projects, and allows us to offer a personalised service which many of our competitors simply cannot offer.

Many pool companies building high numbers of pools per year have a chain of departments involved in organising your construction, with many people involved in this process. Usually the Salesman who sold your pool to you is never to be seen again and along with him, gone are all the ideas and expectations you described to him during the sales process. Suddenly your pool becomes just another standard project for the pool company and you are passed on from one person to another during the whole process. All too often red tape slows the process down, things get forgotten, lost, and misplaced, by office staff, secretaries, and other people not directly familiar with your job. This can frustrate clients and cause delays.

At Domain Pools we do not use Salesmen. Our licenced Builder will come out to see you and our Builder will be directly responsible for your job from the pre construction stage right through to the handover.
